The Río Mundo Campground is located right in Sierra del Segura, in the Mesones-Molinicos region (Albacete), on the shores of the Río Mundo, a mere 12 km from its spectacular headwaters (Río Mundo Falls).
The location is unbeatable, in the transportation corridor between the countryside and the coast (only 2 hours from the beaches of Levante), right at the entrance to the "Calares del Mundo and Sima Nature Preserves".
The surroundings include an enormous natural preserve, where you can tour areas of great biological, geological and cultural interest. Falls, caves, trails, fertile valleys and fascinating, picturesque towns, nestled within one of the most widely varied, extensive and lush woodland areas of the Spanish Peninsula.
Río Mundo will offer you a calm and relaxing setting, where you can enjoy a day of fishing, a nature walk, or just a refreshing swim with family or friends. Hiking enthusiasts will find many well-marked and intensely beautiful trails of varying difficulty.
