The Royal Factories at San Juan de Alcaraz in Riópar were built in 1772 by an Austrian engineer named Jan Jorge Graubner, with the help of King Charles III, who granted him a series of privileges.
These days you can visit what may be the most significant example of Industrial Archaeology in Castilla La Mancha.

The Museo Micológico La Casa del Níscalo is located in Molinicos, a township in the heart of Sierra del Segura de Albacete. This is an interpretation centre that shows the importance of mushrooms and fungi to humans and to the maintenance of ecosystems, as well as showing the diversity of mycological resources within the area.
